CX は Coin Exchange の略。放送局の呼出符号のようにも読めるので、そのまま局名にしました。

チューナーです
TOKYO CX は配信を持たず、映像をサーバーに置かず、変換もしません。ブラウザが直接、運営者自身の公式プレーヤーや公式埋め込みを読み込みます。私たちが保持しているのは「どの局が何番か」という対応表だけです。
動画IDを保存していません。保存しているのはチャンネルの識別子だけです。これは正確さのための設計であり、同時に権利上の安全側の設計でもあります。
3つのステップ
各局には永続する番号があります。番号は運営者の公式チャンネルIDに紐づきます。
映像は運営者からあなたへ直接届きます。TOKYO CX のサーバーは通りません。
再生が始まって初めて「最新」や「生配信中」を灯します。始まらなければ「受信できません」と出します。停波を断定する根拠を持たないので、「休止中」とは書きません。
乗っ取り・助言・名簿
乗っ取り — 暗号資産では、正規のチャンネルが乗っ取られて詐欺配信の面にされる事象が構造的に多い領域です。規制当局自身が注意喚起しています。

だから ライブの自動再生を既定にしません（ライブ枠は乗っ取り配信の主戦場です）。既定は公式チャンネルの最新アップロードで、ライブは「ライブを試す」の明示操作でだけ試します。あわせて、チャンネル名の変更を乗っ取りの兆候として検出する巡回を回しています。
投資助言 — 金融審議会のワーキング・グループ報告は、暗号資産の投資アドバイスを投資助言業の対象とすべきと明言しています。

だから 銘柄推奨・順位付け・売買助言をしません。番組表の各局に添えた一言は「なぜ載せるか」の説明であって「おすすめ」ではなく、推奨と読める語が入らないことを機械で走査しています。売買シグナルや価格予想を主目的とする面は「シグナル」と明示し、初期選局とクイック選局から外しています。
正規事業者の名簿 — 金融庁は、暗号資産交換業者の登録一覧（2026-08-23 時点で 27 社）と、無登録業者の警告リストを公開しています。700 番台の日本の取引所はこの名簿と突合しています。海外の取引所は「海外」と明示し、掲載は送客ではありません。当サイトは無登録業者への送客を行いません。

言い切ります
どうやって載る局を決めているか
運営者自身の公式チャンネルであることを、取得したチャンネル情報と突き合わせます。記憶でハンドルを書きません（同種の調査で、機械の記憶に由来するハンドルは4割超が誤りでした）。公式サイトがそのアカウントを指していることまで確認できた局には「照合済」を付けます。
実際に埋め込んで再生できた面だけを「最新」として扱います。観測点は日本です。
閉鎖・改名・休止を定期的に見ます。投稿が止まった局は外さず「休止」と最終投稿日を付けます。
載せないのではなく、隠さずに載せます。「照合済」「休止」「シグナル」「海外」。
限界
全 126 局の生死を同時には見ていません。あなたが選局した局だけをその場で判定します。
埋め込み可否は日本からの観測です。お住まいの地域で結果が変わることがあります。
「照合済」が付いていない局の同一性は、アカウント自身の記載に基づいています（公式サイト側の裏づけが取れていない）。
X・Odysee・Dailymotion の埋め込みは確認日時点の代表投稿・代表動画であり、最新の投稿ではありません。最新は公式アカウントでご覧ください。
日本の取引所の公式 YouTube は、8 局中 5 局で投稿が止まっています。並べても映るものが少ないので、取引所については日本円建てのボードと取引所データのほうが役に立ちます。
「集約しただけ」にならないために
YouTube の商用利用に関する公式の説明は、埋め込みを集めて広告収益を得るだけのサイトを規約違反の例として挙げています。

TOKYO CX が選局の隣に置いているのは、自前で取得し続ける日本円建ての価格データ、利用者が操作する積立・手数料・税金の道具、制度の定点更新、そして各局に添えた掲載理由です。それが「それしかしていない」との分かれ目だと考えています。ただしこれは当サイトの解釈であり、定量的な基準が公開されているわけではありません。

A tuner
TOKYO CX holds no broadcast, stores no video and converts nothing. Your browser loads the operator’s own official player or official embed directly. All we keep is a table of which channel has which number.
We store no video IDs — only channel identifiers.
Three steps
Every channel has a permanent number, tied to the operator’s official channel ID.
Video travels from the operator to you. It never passes through our server.
“LATEST” or “LIVE” lights only once playback actually starts. If it doesn’t, we say “NO SIGNAL” — never “off air”, which we cannot prove.
Hijacks, advice, registries
Hijacks. In crypto, legitimate channels are routinely taken over to run scam streams. Japan’s Financial Services Agency itself warns of people impersonating its staff in videos to solicit trades (fsa.go.jp, retrieved 2026-08-23). So live streams are never played by default — the default is the channel’s latest upload, and “Try live” is an explicit action. Our patrol also treats a channel rename as a hijack signal.
Advice. The FSA working-group report of 2025-11-26 says crypto investment advice should fall under the investment-advisory regime (fsa.go.jp, PDF). So we recommend no coins, rank nothing and give no trading advice. The note on each channel explains why it is listed and is machine-checked for recommendation words. Channels whose main subject is trading signals are tagged “Signals” and excluded from the default and quick picks.
Registries. The FSA publishes a list of registered crypto-asset exchange operators (27 as of 2026-08-23) and a warning list of unregistered ones. Japanese exchanges in the 700 room are cross-checked against it. Overseas exchanges are tagged “Overseas”; listing is not a referral.
Plainly
How a channel gets in
The channel is matched against fetched channel data — never written from memory (in comparable research, over 40% of memory-derived handles were wrong). Channels whose own website points to the account get “Verified”.
Only faces that actually played in an embedded player are treated as “LATEST”. Checked from Japan.
We check periodically for closure, rename and dormancy. Quiet channels stay listed, tagged “Dormant” with the last post date.
We list with the facts visible rather than leaving channels out: “Verified”, “Dormant”, “Signals”, “Overseas”.
What we can’t promise
We don’t watch all 126 channels at once; only the one you tune is judged, on the spot.
Embed results were observed from Japan and may differ where you are.
Channels without “Verified” rely on the account’s own statements for identity.
X, Odysee and Dailymotion embeds show a representative post or video as of the check date, not the newest one.
More than aggregation
YouTube’s commercial-use FAQ names “a website that does nothing more than aggregate a bunch of embedded YouTube videos and intentionally tries to generate ad revenue from them” as a case where its Terms are enforced (support.google.com/youtube/answer/71011). Next to the tuner, TOKYO CX runs its own JPY price data, hands-on tools for DCA, fees and tax, a page tracking the regulatory transfer, and a listing note per channel. That is our reading of where the line is; no quantitative rule is published.
